Our client envisioned a new build home on a serviced plot in Leperstone. We collaborated closely with them, carefully understanding their requirements and exploring various design options to ensure their vision was fully realised.

The resulting four-bedroom home spans three floors and offers spacious living accommodation. The ground floor features a large sitting room and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area that overlooks the rear garden, along with a separate snug.  The first floor comprises three generously sized double bedrooms, each complete with its own en-suite bathroom. This thoughtful design eliminates the issue of smaller bedrooms.

 

Occupying the entire second floor within the roof space is the master suite. This luxurious retreat includes a private bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
