Our client at Falkland wanted to maximise their build by exploring how they could add space to both ground and upper floors. We offered a range of options before detailing up the preferred design. ​

 

The client was able to gain an extra living space, which would be initially used as a play room, on the ground floor. Additional to the living space a generous store space was allowed for to the rear of the property and a boot room was created by extending the existing single storey flat roof extension.​

 

On the upper floor the client was able to gain a large master room with en-suite.
